Free WiFi and minibar! Room is very clean and spacious. The location is towards the end of Patong Beach, not a long walk from hotel to the main road where plenty of shopping, massage, restaurants start and there are plenty of Tuk Tuk around on your way back as it is one way street direction towards the hotel.

Nice location - 5 minutes walk close to the most of Patong including beach and nightlife, nice and pretty big rooms - nothing very special, but everything neccessary is available, clean and comfortable. Problems with hot water and leaking room ceiling were solved pretty fast, though it required some insistence from our side due to a bit poor staff's English. Parking for your motobike is available for free near the entrance if required. Internet was nice and fast enough even for youtube video - with up time about 80-90%.

Very loud and annoying construction next to the hotel - not possible to stay inside hotel from morning till evening, getting crazy from construction equipment sounds there, you have to be ready to forget about sleeping after 9-10 am and before 7 pm. Overpriced restaurant, probably a bit poor breakfast, but served very well, and it is not than much important as many other options outside. Would be a good choice after neighbour's construction is finished - though God knows when, make sure before booking. Wash-bowl is not separated from the room itself, toilet and shower are separated from each other - all-in-all a bit strange room planning, but acceptable in case you are with someone close enough to your teeth-washing and shaving sounds.

The sea Patong was just perfect. They provided a good service. The room was really big with a couch and a big balcony. The balcony was great - it has a fan and a great couch.The shower and the toilet were seperate, which was good. The pooThe l was on the top of the roof- which give you the best view among Patong.The Restaurant he blue"were fantastic - it was so romantic. The breakfast was just perfect- They cooked/prepare it fresh - and you could chooses what you wanted to eat - thai or european breakfast.A great great time

the view from the room wasn great - but we were at the 5th floor and could just go on the top of the building.

The entire experience has been very enjoyable. Room was large, airy, clean and nice. Although there was construction beside, the room's sound insulation was good so it didn't bother us. A great touch was the complimentary mini bar. Within walking distance to the beach. Staff always had a smile for us. You can book plenty of tours from the hotel hassle free at pretty reasonable rates. Great for a relaxing trip.

I loved the room. The room was big and clean. In room had working dvd player and a nice lcd tv . Internet worked fine .

The balcony was nice and big but there really wasnt any view.

The staff is very wonderful and helpful.The room is chic and great.It takes about 5 mins to the patong beach.

There is no room with bathtub and the pool is very small.

The room is big and clean, exactly how it looks like in the pictures. Love the balcony though the view was lousy. The hotel's location is great and is only 3 minute walk away from the beach. The american breakfast was awesome and the service quality was excellent. Value for money! Will definitely stay here again!

There were occasional noises in the day as they are renovating their sister hotel, The Nap Patong beside the hotel, but the noise level was not to loud, it was bearable.

Did stay a night there, everything was just fine. Big clean room, balcony. Big Safe. Breakfast was not included but did recieve fruits and juices as welcome. 5 min walk from Patong beach. Bon rapport qualite prix!

It's not a big deal but I do think the bathroom need to be refresh, humidity around the sink.

We stayed for 4 nights. Clean, cozy and spacious room plus free in- room wifi. They restock the complimentary mini bar everyday. Staff were friendly n speak fair English. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel staff is helpful, friendly, Professional. The location of the hotel is good, out of noisy town but close to the beach and not far to the town. A very convenient location.From hotel u can rent the motorbike only 200bth and taxi service to airport. Hotel serve different fruit at lobby everyday which is awesome! Overall this hotel is excellent with the price you paid compare to other 3 star hotel in Patong beach.

Swimming pool is small. If the bath room come with bath tub will be awesome.

Did not like this Hotel, would book at the nap next time. Could not eat breakfast.

The Sea is very nice place, spacious and well designed room, tv with many channels and music player, free wi-fi in room, pleasant balcony with ceiling fan, amenities like bathrobe, beach towels sandals and bag, small but nice rooftop pool and daily refilled free soft drinks and water. The location is not bad, 5 minutes to Patong beach, 5-10 minutes to local food outlets, and 15 minutes to Jungceylon mall or Bangla Rd., All reachable by foot.

The hotel building is surrounded by other buildings, so almost nothing other than buildings can be seen from balcony. Some of white surfaces in room are stained. Rain shower's water pressure is not strong enough, and hot water is not coming before keeping water running for 1-2 minutes. Noises from construction works nearby is seriously annoying, especially for those who wish to take a nap during daytime like me. But think of its 3 star grade and price, all of these are understandable.

(3) Stayed for 5 days, the hotel only supplied the bathrobes for first two days, had to request twice before they supplied bathrobes again. (4) Small pool. (5) Renovation work causing noise, but it is fine as we went out whole day.

The room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and prompt. The location of the hotel is strategic as it is close to the beach and the market area. I would highly recommend The Sea Patong to travelers who are on a budget and are looking for ease and hospitality.

The food - it needs to be varied and diverse.
